The facility of refund is provided for the convenience of our customers on the basis of original form of payment. The refund will be ensured after the returned items have reached the warehouse and processed. For us to provide you with our maximum utility services it is requested that three weeks' time be given to us from the date of reception of the returned items. Or in the case of product cancellation before delivery the three weeks' time will commence from the date of conformation of the cancellation.

In case the items are returned owing to defect or similar problem e.g. the product not in conformity with your order etc. we are liable to pay for the shipping and return-shipping costs. The refund of cost of the returning shipment by postal service can be gained up to the actual cost of shipment.

The return of order with no justifiable reason will be subject to payment of returning shipment charge by you. Please give it 12-24 hours for our Support Team to get back to you on any problems or complaints.
